Flame loss during operation; temporary fault preceding lockout.

Ignition lockout; boiler has repeatedly failed to ignite and requires manual reset.

Flow temperature overheat or no water flow lockout; critical heat dissipation failure.
F3
Fan fault; lack of correct tachometer feedback from the fan motor.
F4 / L4
Flow thermistor fault; sensor short-circuit or lead break.
F5 / L5
Return thermistor fault; sensor short-circuit or lead break.
L6
False flame lockout; flame detected before gas valve was commanded to open.
C0 / C2
Boiler Chip Card (BCC) activation fault or calibration issue.

Printed Circuit Board (PCB) fault or unconfigured PCB.

Five boiler resets attempted within 15 minutes; system locked for safety.
